Super Onboarding Refresh

The Super Onboarding Refresh was an intern project centered around a key metric: emphasizing the package’s value proposition to drive more subscriptions.

Collaborating closely with project stakeholders, I conducted a competitive analysis, prioritized a problem statement, gathered design feedback, and iterated toward a focused solution.

I redesigned the static onboarding flow into a more engaging and delightful animated experience; an approach that received senior leadership approval and was A/B tested for impact.
